Hello friends! My name is Matt & I am the owner and candle maker for Milky Way Candle Co. Thank you for visiting my shop! I appreciate you “coming in”!

I never really considered candle making before. A friend of mine was getting rid of some wax & wicks, so I asked to take them and see what I could do. I quickly fell in love with the process & then it became a challenge to see what I could create.
With the craziness & hardship that 2020 brought, it is so nice to create something that brings a smile to people’s faces again.

I’ve always been fascinated with creation, in general, but especially with the universe. Making candles reminds me of that and, obviously, The Milky Way is the best!

Each candle is handmade with 100% soy wax & natural scented essential oils.
